This is all done with paint. To me, this is what happens when one is left with nothing. The soul would eventually die. This is a representation of what your eyes would show you if you could see this occuring to someone or yourself.
I'm quite proud of it actually. I tried to create many shades of grey for the hair because it added contrast around the horse, while the animal itself is only white with a black border. There is so much complexity covering simplicity. Look at society today for example. Love should be a simple thing, but complexities coat it like thick armor. Red is the only color in this because it draws in the eye, and asthetically it looked good to me at the time. |
